Waterproof Structure Solar Photovoltaic System
BIPV Waterproof structure are mainly used in household photovoltaic sheds, car sheds and are often used as building materials for roofs when renovating color steel tile roofs, so that panels can be directly installed on purlins without laying color steel tiles. BIPV waterproof structure includes: W-shaped waterproof rail, U-shaped channel, mid clamp, end clamp, cover plate, ridge cover plate and maintenance channel. - Nonporous design: the whole BIPV waterproof structure adopts nonporous design to avoid water leakage. BIPV adopts longitudinal w waterproof rail, longitudinal cover plate and transverse U-shaped channel, so as to guide rainwater into the drainage channel, without secondary waterproof on the top surface.
- Structural stability: the vertical w-shaped waterproof rail of the waterproof photovoltaic mounting system is connected with the beam through the hoop or L adapter, and the module is fixed by the clamp and bolt, which will make the whole photovoltaic system stable and firm.
- Beautiful and waterproof: BIPV integrated roof and maintenance channel are integrated, the roof is flat and beautiful, and the waterproof effect is good.
- Long service life: the waterproof photovoltaic structure adopts aluminum alloy as the main material, and the anti-corrosion performance is far higher than that of ordinary galvanized plate materials, so as to ensure that there is no need to replace the color steel tile during the whole operation period of the power station and reduce the later operation cost.
